The aim of our supporting administrative excellence came about first with our intention to design an experience to best celebrate the 4 administrators that passed the March 2016 Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) exam. At first, we considered a boardroom with simple email invitations to the awardees managers, close family, and friends. Then the invitation list started to grow and grow until we knew we needed to re-think the whole idea.
After more deliberation around bigger thoughts, we decided to marry the CAP awards ceremony in with a day of education, motivation, and fun for administrators island wide. Hence, Succeeding Professionally, Growing Personally – A day of education, motivation, and fun on APD, April 27, 2016, was born.
